Getting Links To Make Money On Line

If you browse the internet often, then you are sure to see a bunch of make money online ads that guarantee you, that they will make you rich, and working from home is the easiest thing that you can do.

Now if you have been in the business for a couple of years, then it gets a lot easier, if you know what you are doing. It is that initial start up that kicks the crap out of everybody. So many people will quit because they are too lazy to get links back to their blogs.

One effective way to get websites pointing back to your website would be to submit original articles to article directories. When you do this you will be able to get a link back to your site, which is usually do-follow, and the more links you get, the more traffic.

Another good way to get back links to your website is to submit it to website directories. The big ones that you want to get into would be DMOZ.org and Yahoo! Directory, if you have the money.

One thing that I see everywhere is that people recommend you submit your websites to all the major search engines. This is a complete waste of time, you can get your website submitted into search engines as easy as getting a Technorati account and pinging it every time your blog updates.

Blog commenting can also be a good way to get links to your blog. Make sure that when you are doing so, that you offer good advice and be apart of the conversation. If you are off topic your comment will more than likely get deleted, meaning no back link for you.

Just remember when you are anchoring your keywords, anchor your keywords, do not anchor your name or the name of your blog, as you will not get credit for the keyword you are trying to move up the search engines if you do not anchor it.

There is a big fuss over the do-follow and no-follow tag, me personally I just get as many links as I can to my websites. While Google will not pass page rank or authority, Yahoo and Bing will. Also the no-follow tags are not accurate anyway, sometimes page rank will pass through a no-follow tag, so dont believe everything you read find out for yourself.

Just remember making money on the internet is going to be really tough at first. If you do not see any money coming in at first this is normal, give it some time and keep building sites and getting links, it will pay off in the long run.
